Terms of Use for TextMuse AI

Welcome to TextMuse AI ("we," "our," or "us"). These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of our mobile application (the "Service"). By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Service. By using TextMuse AI, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.

2. The Service

TextMuse AI is an AI-powered coaching tool designed to help users build communication skills for online dating. The Service includes, but is not limited to, the AI Skills Coach, Conversation Feedback, a Profile Builder, and Conversation Starters.

3. Pro Subscriptions & Payments

Certain features of the Service are only available through a paid, auto-renewing subscription ("TextMuse Pro"). We offer the following plans:

3.1. TextMuse Pro - Annual Subscription

• Description: Unlocks all Pro features for a full year.
• Length: 1 year, auto-renews every year unless cancelled.
• Free Trial: Includes a 7-day free trial for eligible new customers.
• Price: $59.99 per year (or local equivalent). The current price is always displayed on the in-app payment screen.

3.2. TextMuse Pro - Monthly Subscription

• Description: Unlocks all Pro features on a monthly basis.
• Length: 1 month, auto-renews every month unless cancelled.
• Free Trial: Includes a 3-day free trial for eligible new customers.
• Price: $9.99 per month (or local equivalent). The current price is always displayed on the in-app payment screen.

3.3. General Billing Terms

• Payment: Payment will be charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase (or at the end of the free trial period, if applicable).
• Auto-Renewal: Your subscription will automatically renew unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
• Cancellation: You can manage and cancel your subscription at any time through your App Store or Google Play account settings.

3.4. Refunds

• Non-Refundable: All subscription purchases are final and non-refundable. Once activated, your subscription cannot be refunded or transferred.
• No Partial Refunds: Cancelling a subscription stops future renewals, but does not result in a refund for the remaining time in the current billing period. You will retain access to Pro features until the end of the current period.
• Trials: If you cancel during a free trial, you will not be charged. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, the subscription will begin and the charge will be applied.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Generate content that is harassing, abusive, defamatory, or hateful.
• Engage in any activity that is fraudulent, deceptive, or illegal.
• Impersonate any person or entity.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to discover the source code of the app.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device and account. Do not share access credentials, and notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. TextMuse AI provides suggestions and coaching for informational and educational purposes only. We do not guarantee any specific real-world outcomes, such as getting more matches or dates.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, TextMuse AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service.

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms.

8. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms in the app.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
